Arnold POMer/Pomegranate Iced Tea

This is a simple iced tea recipe that I make every week. Slightly sweetened, minty fresh, and healthy- it ALMOST beats coffee for my favorite breakfast drink.



Pomegranate Iced Tea:
1/2 liter water
1 bag of black tea (I used English Breakfast Tea)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup POM juice
2 tsp lemon juice
8 mint leaves

Mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher and chill in refrigerator overnight. Remove tea bag, stir,
and enjoy!
